When: Fall 2026. Introductory session after family dinner on 9/13. Then 1st and 3rd Sundays (9/20, 10/4, 10/18, 11/1, 11/15, 12/6) from 5-6 pm @ CPC (Weilenmann School of Discovery).

Who: CPC members and regular attenders who live in the PC/Kamas/I-80 area

What: Gather to sing hymns and pray. 

Do you pray like you’re a child of God? A child is fearless and bold and not afraid to ask his Father for what he needs.  Adopted children of God should approach God in family confidence. Yet prayer can feel hard. We may be reluctant. We may feel unsure what to say. We often do not pray with boldness and fearlessness. 

Jesus teaches us how and what to pray for in the Lord’s Prayer (Matthew 6: 9-13). Join us for an hour on Sunday evening as we step through a brief curriculum on the Lord’s prayer. 

Why participate in a Life Group? There are many things competing for our time and affections that make it hard to form a community outside of Sunday morning worship.  Yet there is value in making connections with and encouraging one another. As a communion of saints we are to build each other up.  

No homework or prep necessary. No need to clean your house to host others or make a meal. Headache-free parking. Kids welcome.
